Greg Murphy will debut a striking new look on his #11 Pepsi Max Commodore at the Trading Post Perth Challenge this weekend.

The car’s new paint scheme was designed by Sydney-based tattoo artist Jeremy Hession and features a darker look, incorporating black, grey, yellow and blue colours.

“It definitely has a different feel to the original livery with more dark and urban colours at play,” said Greg Murphy.

“We divided opinion with the first livery and I hope we do the same again – that’s a big part of what the Pepsi Max Crew stand for.

“I’m looking forward to getting behind the wheel this weekend as we’ve started to pick up some good form over the last few races.”

At the ITM400 Hamilton a fortnight ago, Murphy qualified inside the top ten for both races and scored his best race result for the season so far (eighth in race one).

Murphy now sits 19th in the championship, and is hoping to continue his good form as he heads into this weekend’s Trading Post Perth Challenge.

“Barbagallo’s track surface is very different to what we have been racing on at the last few race meetings, so it’s a whole new ball game,” said Murphy.

“I’m hoping we can take what we have already done and continue to improve over there and continue to get some great results for the team as a whole.”
